Vynorel provides cloud-based collaboration software specifically designed for the construction industry. The Vynorel platform, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is the intellectual property of Vynorel PLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, but grant us a licence to process and store such content as necessary to provide the Services.
Use of certain features of our Services requires payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing terms presented to you. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive.
